ShopVeG's terms and conditions of use:

I.  ShopVeG has started its operations since 15^th August 2011in demo phase and may have some irregularities which it owes to improve over time, all such decision will be reserved to ShopVeG

II.  ShopVeG reserves the right to change the availability of products listed on the website, change the price of the product depending on market factors, though the customer will pay for what is mentioned on website at the time of order for the products purchased.

III.   Images of Fruits & Vegetables present in the website are for demonstration purpose and may not resemble exactly in size, color, weight, contrast etc; though we assure our best to maintain the quality in product, which is being our foremost commitment to the customer. All other images are actual.

IV.  Orders can be placed at any time during the day, each order is being processed in two slots. - Order placed till midnight gets delivered next day in two slots: Morning (10AM-1PM) and Evening (8PM-11PM) free of charge.

V.  Fruits & Vegetables may not be of exact quantity (520g instead of 500g) because of constraints due to naturally occuring size of the product and ShopVeG reserves the right to approximate the weight to suitable number and make correction to the invoice accordingly.

VI.   If some product is not available, the item will not be delivered and will be adjusted accordingly in the invoice, all rights are reserved with shopVeG.

VII.  Return Policy - Order once placed cannot be cancelled. Items if found in undesirable condition will be returned and in turn the customer will be provided with a credit slip that can be used to replace the product, to buy some other product of the same value or adjust the bills for the same value on next purchase.

VIII.  We are currently delivering in selected societies in Powai, and soon will be expanding to more regions, for more info check delivery area page.

These terms and conditions are to take care of little inconvenience which might occur due to ambiguity in understanding in case of a rare occasion when we fail to satisfy your needs in spite of our dedicated approach towards serving you fresh, healthy, fast and for the best price.
